Will it look like a real flame?
Yes. Diara uses a tall physical wick lit by a warm LED. In Moving Flame mode it sways side to side; in Breathing Flame mode its brightness gently rises and falls.
Is there any heat, smoke or oil?
None. There is no open flame, so nothing to spill and nothing to burn.
What is in the box?
Four Diara diyas, one multi-diya USB-C charging cable (one input, three heads) and a USB-C to USB-A adapter. Wall adapter not included.
Charging
How do I charge it?
Connect the included cable to any USB-C power source, disconnect before use, then tap the touch control to switch on.
How long does a charge last?
We will publish tested runtimes here once verification is complete.

Currently across the United States. Free shipping on orders over $80.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange a set?
Yes, within 30 days in original packaging. Contact us and we will arrange it.
Warranty
Is Diara covered by a warranty?
Every set is covered against manufacturing faults for 12 months.
Do I need to register?
Registration is optional but makes any warranty claim faster.
Care
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not submerge in water.
Is it safe around children and pets?
There is no open flame, oil or smoke. As with any electronic device, keep the charging cable out of reach of small children.

Can you ship directly to the recipient?
Yes, add their address at checkout and leave a gift note in the bag.
Do you offer gift cards?
